Scope and priceFixed quote as shown on the Investment page: $7,500 for the build and $9,000 for the year of growth, $16,500 in total, with $5,350 of extras included at no charge. The price does not move unless the scope does, in writing.
Payment50% of the build to begin, 50% at launch. Each growth quarter is invoiced before the quarter begins and is paid up front; the quarter's work starts on payment. Invoices are 7 days.
TimelineTwo to three weeks from content received to launch. The clock starts when all content is in.
Hosting and accountsThe site runs in a dedicated Neumann group Cloudflare account that With Voss sets up and manages, built to serve the whole group, with hosting on-charged as one line on the quarterly invoice. You own the work itself in full on final payment, everything is documented, and the account hands over intact whenever the group asks. A 30 day clean handover guarantee applies.
WarrantyAnything broken in the first 30 days after launch is fixed at no charge.
ExitNo lock in beyond the twelve months. Step down or stop at any quarter end after year one.
